Medical Oriented Massage
Medical Oriented Massage will:
- Aid in the process of injury healing and pain management by improving circulation.
- Release chronic muscle tension caused by repetitive activity and postural strain.
- Increase the amount of energy and heighten awareness of the problem area.
- Reduce stress, both physical and mental. Reduce blood pressure.
- Improve posture and tolerance for static activities such as computer work or repetitive activities.
What is Massage Therapy?
Massage is the practice of applying structured or unstructured pressure, tension, motion or vibration manually to the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, joints , and lymphatic vessels.

Our Goal:
A comprehensive, high quality massage for the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and general orthopedic, sports and work related soreness and aches and pains at a reasonable cost.

Who Works with the Program?
Minnesota Sport & Spine Rehabilitation has a licensed massage therapist with 25 years of experience and advanced knowledge and experience to treat specific musculoskeletal disorders.
Medical Oriented Massage Details:
- Regional focus concentrates on one or two problem areas (e.g., low back, neck...)
- 30-minute appointments
- $45 per session, additional time available at $1 per minute
- Payment options include cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Medical Spending Accounts. Payment is due at each session.
