- Health & fitness assessment
- Comprehensive, individually designed exercise program
- Monitor/measure appropriate patient characteristics/vital signs
- Reports to M.D./payors regarding program/progress

Motivate and equip individuals to assume responsibility to improve/maintain their health and fitness through regular exercise and increased activity. Utilize functional training techniques to prepare individuals to LIVE, WORK and PLAY at their desired level and interest within a given environment.
