Licensed Physical Therapists provide evaluation and treatment services for individuals with congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders, including traumatic injuries, pre/post orthopedic surgical conditions, neurological and rheumatological disorders, as well as developmental and physical disabilities. Physical Therapists provide state-of-the-art treatment interventions and current rehabilitation techniques to include strengthening, mobility and gait, flexibility and range of motion, coordination training and pain relief.
Patient education and preventative instruction are important adjuncts to all treatment programs. Home therapeutic exercise is included in each patient's treatment. Our Physical Therapists also consult with physicians, employers, coaches, etc. regarding the patients ability to return to work, athletic activity, or other functional activities.
Physical Therapy Interventions:
- Joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques
- Neuromuscular techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Principles of functional activities and postural devices
- Instruction in a home exercise program
- Modalities (i.e., hot packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, ice, mechanical traction)
- Iontophoresis / Phonophoresis (requires Rx for pharmacy)

- You can! Minnesota allows treatment for 90 days without a doctors order. (Some insurance companies require a doctor's order.)
- Any physician licensed to practice in Minnesota.
- Medical professionals including chiropractors, podiatrists, CNPs, PAs or dentists.
